Conditions
• Age
All drivers must be between 23-70 years old and in possession
of a full driving licence. British licences must be held
for a minimum of 2 years, overseas licences are acceptable
• Documentation
Driving licence for all drivers (photo card and counterpart)
Two proofs of address (e.g. council tax bill, gas or electricity
bill, water bill, mortgage/bank statement)
Credit/Debit card for deposit
• Deposit
A deposit is required on commencement
of hire. This is required as the insurance excess.
• Payment
Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement
of hire.
Reservations: for pre-paid bookings 12 hours notice of cancellation
must be given otherwise fees may be forfeited.
• Weekend Hire
Weekend Hire runs from 9am Saturday until 9am Monday. Early
pick up & return possible.
• Weekday Collection Times
Vans and cars are to be collected at 09:00 or after and are
due for return before 09:00 on the day of return unless otherwise
requested.
• Inclusive
Unlimited Mileage, Breakdown & Recovery, Fully comprehensive
Insurance. VAT
• Fuel (diesel)
Vehicles will be provided with fuel on a like for like
basis & should
be returned with the same amount.
N.B If you let the van run out of fuel you will be liable for
the call out charge.
N.B All our vans are diesel, if you put petrol in a van
you will be liable for the cost of recovery, drainage & re-fuelling.
• Limitations
Only the hirer and named drivers are permitted to drive the
vehicle. The hired vehicle must not be taken outside the
UK mainland, unless arrangements are made with the company.
• General Information
All rentals are subject to terms and conditions displayed
in our office & are available upon request.
